The House of Keys will sit today to elect five new members of the Legislative Council.
15 candidates are standing for the seats on Tynwald's upper branch.
Four candidates will serve until 2023, while one will be elected until 2020 - replacing David Anderson who is retiring mid-way through a five-year term.
The first four candidates to secure a majority will serve until 2023, while the fifth to be elected will serve the term ending in 2020.
The successful candidates will be formally sworn in tomorrow.
