The Manx Government is offering training, information and advice ahead of the implementation of the Equality Act.
The legislation, which prohibits discrimination against those seeking goods and services, as well as in employment, will be phased in over a two-year period.
The Cabinet Office is working to raise awareness of the implication of the legislation and what is needed to become equality ready.
Gender, religion, sexual orientation and race are among the areas that will be covered by the Act from January next year, while age and disability will follow in 2020.
The Government will be working with the public and private sector to ensure organisations are ready for the anti-discrimination laws.
