Planning permission sought for 30-apartment development in Braddan
Fri, 02 Mar 2018
Planning permission is being sought to build 30 apartments on land at a farm in Braddan.
24 two-bedroom apartments and six one-bedroom flats plus parking for 65 cars would be constructed at Snugborough Farm if the plans are given the go-ahead.
The site is currently owned by Braddan Commissioners and has previously been used as a farm, but has more recently been used as a car showroom.
The plans state the development would be split into four blocks of apartments.
