60 amendments to the Abortion Reform Bill will be considered when the House of Keys sits next week.
MHKs have proposed the alterations to Ramsey member Dr Alex Allinson's draft legislation, which would give women increased access to terminations on the Isle of Man.
Chief Minister Howard Quayle wants to see a new clause added preventing a termination being granted on the grounds of gender, unless there is a predisposition to a genetic disorder associated with one gender.
Douglas East MHK Chris Robertshaw has tabled a number of amendments regarding how late into a pregnancy a woman would be able to obtain an abortion, and also wants to add a clause preventing terminated foetuses from being used for any medical purpose without the mother's consent.
The Bill has already passed its first two readings, while a number of experts in the field gave evidence to the House of Keys last month ahead of the clauses stage.
The sitting gets underway on Tuesday morning.
