120 litres of diesel stolen from heavy goods vehicle

Police are appealing for information after around 120 litres of diesel were stolen from a heavy goods vehicle.

The fuel was taken from a vehicle parked near Cronkbourne Cricket Club on Tromode Road between 5pm last Friday and 7am on Monday.

Officers are keen to hear from anyone who saw someone acting suspiciously in the area at the time, or has other information that could help their investigation.

The police are also urging the public to remain vigilant and ensure vehicles are as secure as possible in order to deter thieves.
