Police urge motorists to be ready for snow

The Island's police are urging motorists to be prepared ahead of this week's wintry weather.

Snow showers are forecast for tomorrow and Wednesday while temperatures will drop significantly.

Officers want drivers to make sure their vehicles are in good condition for the journeys they're planning and drive to the weather conditions.

A light snowfall is expected, with the police and the Department of Infrastructure aware of the weather warning and monitoring the forecast.
