The Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce believes the Government's budget shows the Island is in a healthy state.
The organisation has welcomed Treasury Minister Alfred Cannan's budget for the 2018-19 financial year, stating it's particularly interested in support for the availability of skills to businesses and initiatives that will encourage business growth.
The Chambers hopes the continued Enterprise Development Fund will aid economic growth and promote the development of future technologies, and that the Capital Investment Programme will boost the construction sector.
The Chamber also praised changes to tax and benefits aimed at helping the lower paid, as well as increased spending on health and schools.
