Plans to build a hotel, cinema, restaurants and apartments on the former Lord Street Bus Station site have been unveiled.
American firm JLL is proposing a retail and leisure development which would include a Travelodge hotel with 80 bedrooms and a seven-screen Omniplex Cinema.
A multi-storey car park with over 300 spaces would also be included, along with restaurants, bars and cafes, plus 20 residential apartments.
A planning application will be submitted in the second quarter of 2018 with a view to beginning development early next year.
Lord Street Bus Station was demolished in 2002, with the site currently being operated as a pay and display car park by Douglas Borough Council.
