The Health Minister says the latest review into the Island's healthcare provision will be a catalyst or change.
The West Midlands Quality Review Service has published its seventh of eight reviews into the Island's health services, focusing on musco-skeletal patients, chronic pain, drug and alcohol problems and screening services.
David Ashford says the findings give the Department of Health and Social Care much to be proud of, but also highlights some areas that need improving.
The report expressed concern over the governance of the services and the management structures.
The review also listed the IT systems used by the health service as a barrier to change, but the Department says it's already working on a new IT strategy.
The final quality review will take place next month.
