Health Minister faces query about predecessor's policies

A Member of the Legislative Council wants to know whether the Island's new Health Minister will be reviewing his Department's policies.

David Ashford was placed in charge of the Department of Health and Social Care last week following Kate Beecroft's resignation.

David Cretney will ask the Minister if he plans to conduct a review into the policies of his predecessor, as well as the communication and consultation policies of the Department.

Mr Ashford will give his answer when Tynwald sits for the first time this year tomorrow.
