Work on Noble's waterplay area to begin next month

Construction of a waterplay and splash area in Noble's Park will get underway next month.

Douglas Borough Council has confirmed the contract for the construction of the site has been awarded, allowing work to commence in February.

It's hoped the area will be open to the public during spring or early summer this year.

The local authority budgeted £175,000 for the facility.
