The Government department responsible for sport on the Island insists it won't be sending politicians or civil servants to the Commonwealth Games.
The Department of Education, Sport and Culture has confirmed there are no planned visits to the Gold Coast event, which takes place in April.
The information was released in response to a Freedom of Information request asking how much any trips to Australia would cost.
Last year the Department spent over £3,600 to send the Minister and Chief Executive Officer to the Island games in Gotland.
