An amber weather warning will remain in place until midday today due to ice and wintry showers.
The Island's Met Office issued the warning yesterday afternoon as sleet and hail showers hit the Island.
It's expected accumulations will have been slight and temporary, but temperatures overnight are likely to have resulted in icy patches.
Meteorologists are warning the ice will have forced in areas above 800ft but also some sheltered lower areas.
The Tholt-y-Will Road remained closed throughout yesterday and overnight due to sheet ice, while gritters have been out in other areas to minimise the impact, while the Mountain Road and Creg-ny-Baa Back Road have also been closed overnight.
