Police urge extra care from motorists following crashes

The police have been dealing with a number of crashes due to icy conditions on the Island's roads.

Officers in the south, west and north of the Island all attended incidents this morning.

Conditions are due to improve this afternoon, but the police warn there are still a number of areas where there could be ice.

As a result, motorists are being urged to drive with extra care.
