Noble's Hospital currently has 34 vacant doctors positions, 14 of which are consultant roles.
Member for Health and Social Care Jason Moorhouse revealed in this week's sitting of the House of Keys that 34 positions are currently unfilled.
Six posts are junior doctor vacancies, which Mr Moorhouse says is due to fewer doctors choosing to remain in medical training, resulting in fewer being allocated to Noble's.
It was also revealed that 24 of the posts are being covered by locum doctors, while bank doctors are covering the remaining posts.
The DHSC is currently holding interviews for a number of consultant roles in a bid to fill some of the vacancies, while recruitment for six posts have just closed.
