Company wants to open micropub in Peel

Planning permission is being sought to turn a disused shop in Peel into a pub.

Two Fellas Limited has submitted an application to open a micropub on Michael Street in a shop that's been empty for over four years.

The company says the pub would be open five days a week and close by 10.30pm, but could open longer during festive or holiday periods.

The alcohol licence wouldn't cover children or music, with the applicants insisting the micropub would be a place for quiet conversation without disturbance.
