he Manx public is being asked for feedback on plans to update the Island's tourism legislation.
The Department for Enterprise wants to ensure laws are up to date to encourage and support the tourism industry.
The consultation is seeking views on the statutory registration of visitor accommodation, how such accommodation is grades and the Department's data collection powers.
The Tourist Act of 1975 currently forms the basis for most of the Department's powers and functions in connection with tourism.
Those wishing to respond to the consultation have until January 26th to submit their views.
