An expert on the cruise ship industry will speak about the Manx Government's plans to attract bigger cruise liners to the Island this evening.
The Positive Action Group has invited Dr Ross A Klein, who is studying the impact of cruise tourism, to give a presentation on the potential effects of building a deep water terminal.
The Government is considering a £60m project that would allow newer and larger cruise ships to visit the Island.
PAG says Dr Klein will be able to provide some balance on the plans, examining the pros and cons of such a facility.
The meeting takes place at the Manx Legion Club from 7.30pm.
