Planning permission sought for 20 apartments in Ramsey

Planning permission is being sought to build an apartment complex on a site in Ramsey.

Athol Street Auctioneers Ltd is seeking permission to construct three blocks making up 20 apartments on the former Mart Site on Bowring Road.

The development would also include parking for 20 vehicles, refuse storage and open space.

The mart and associated buildings nearby were demolished in September, leaving the site clear.
