Steam Packet warns of potential sailing disruption

The Steam Packet Company is warning some of tomorrow's sailings could be disrupted due to the weather.

Winds are expected to hit severe gale force nine tomorrow, resulting in the sea becoming rough or very rough in the morning.

As a result, the ferry operator says the 8.45am Ben-my-Chree sailing to Heysham and return crossing at 2.15pm are subject to possible disruption or cancellation.

A final decision will be taken by 7am tomorrow.
