New homes, sports facilities and business premises are among the suggested developments for the former RAF camp at Jurby.
The Department of Infrastructure says it's considering a wide range of submissions from developers and members of the public.
The Department advertised the opportunity to develop the site earlier this year and held community meetings.
Suggestions also included craft and artisan workshops and premises for start-up businesses.
Any projects would still be subject to planning permission, but the DoI believes development would support the economy and provide jobs.
