Almost 400 more endoscopy procedures have been completed since all procedures were moved to one site.
Since June, the Department of Health and Social Care has only undertaken endoscopies at Noble's Hospital after moving equipment and staff from Ramsey & District Cottage Hospital to the Braddan facility.
Between June and October, there were an extra 387 procedures completed compared to the same period in 2016.
Last month saw the biggest rise, with 406 endoscopies completed - 150 more than in October last year.
The waiting list for an endoscopy on the Island had been 12 months long before the service was consolidated, but the DHSC now expects it to be down to six weeks by April next year.
