Castletown police move to new home

Police in the south of the Island are moving to a new location.

Castletown Police Station is closing as officers from the Southern Neighbourhood Policing Team move to purpose built accommodation at Castletown Commissioners offices on Farrants Way.

The police say the new offices offer more space and better facilities.

The Constabulary warns there may be some difficulties contacting the station while communications and IT networks are switched over.
