The Isle of Man Government is seeking feedback from the public on the planning system.
The Council of Ministers ordered a review which found changes to the current system are necessary.
The Government wants to hear views from those who have experienced of the planning system, including commenting on planning applications, planning policy and environmental and heritage aspects.
Feedback is also being sought on town centre retail policy, compulsory purchase powers and enabling Government to bring changes in policy more easily.
