The Island's inflation rate fell by almost 1% last month.
The Consumer Prices Index stood at 3.3% at the end of October, down from 4.2% in September.
The Treasury says the biggest factor on the rate was transport, which was cheaper in October than in the previous month, although still 4.8% more expensive than at this time last year.
DIY materials, oil and other fuels and multivitamins are all significantly more expensive than at this time in 2016, while bacon, internet subscription and clothing have all fallen in cost.
