Manx Gas is launching a customer charter to outline its promises to its customers.
The energy supplier is publishing the charter following concern over standing charges.
The charter includes a commitment to operate and maintain a safe and secure gas network as well as to review pricing structure.
Other pledges include responding to customers within 24 hours, refund overpayments and work with the third sector to eliminate fuel poverty.
Chief Minister Howard Quayle recently revealed plans to conduct a regulatory review of Manx Gas, getting underway early next year.
