The Manx Government is investigating the way business jets are imported and leased through the Isle of Man following a media investigation.
The International Consortium of Investigative Journalists has been looking into allegations that the practice allows for VAT avoidance.
BBC Panorama has been filming in the Island as part of its investigation into the matter.
Chief Minister Howard Qualye insists the Isle of Man follows the same laws and rules as the United Kingdom, and that the Treasury has been asked to look at all elements of the process.
Mr Quayle also revealed no evidence of wrongdoing or reason to believe that Customs and Excise has been mistakenly refunding VAT has been found so far.
