OFT urges Manx residents to start planning Christmas spend

The Isle of Man Office of Fair Trading is urging Manx residents to take control of their Christmas budgets.

The OFT insists it's never too early to start thinking about finances over the festive period.

The board has a budget planner on its website which will allow those needing to budget to work out how much they can afford to spend at Christmas and still leave enough for monthly outgoings.

The office can also offer advice on debt for those already concerned about overstretching their finances.
