The Steam Packet Company is warning of potential cancellations to its services over the weekend.
With Storm Brian due to hit the Island tomorrow, the ferry operator says there is probable disruption to most of tomorrow's crossings.
A final decision will be made by 6am tomorrow over the 8.45am crossing to Heysham and the return journey at 2.15pm.
Meanwhile, a decision on tomorrow's Manannan services will be announced by 8am.
The Steam Packet is also warning that there could be disruption to the 8pm Ben-my-Chree service to Heysham, with an announcement due by 5pm tomorrow.
Winds are forecast to reach severe gale force nine for a time tomorrow, with the state of sea being described as rough or very rough.
