The Government is seeking public views on the Island's planning system.
The Programme for Government promised to create a planning system that supports sustainable growth after the current system was found to be inadequate.
The consultation wants to know the public's opinion on allowing more developments to take place without planning permission, the ability to change planning policy and powers of compulsory purchase.
The full consultation features 55 questions which can be completed online through the Government's website.
Responses are being received until December 15th.
