Over 80 cases of bullying, harassment and victimisation at work have been reported within the Isle of Man Government since 2013.
A total of 83 cases of fairness at work complaints have been made with the Office of Human Resources over the last five years.
Just six instances were recorded in the first two years, but there was a big jump in 2015 with 35 cases being reported, and a further 30 last year.
The Department of Health and Social Care has seen the most complaints with 34, followed by 18 at the Department of Education and Children.
In over half of the cases, the outcome of the complaint hasn't been recorded on Government files, but just eight were found to be unfounded.
Meanwhile, 62 workplace grievances have been reported since 2014, with the Health and Education departments each recording 22 cases.
