Police are urging motorists to make sure their lights are working now that the nights are drawing in.
The Island's Roads Policing Unit stopped 12 vehicles on Saturday night for lighting offences, while spotting many more that couldn't be stopped safely.
Officers recommend drivers regularly take the time to inspect their vehicles now that it's getting darker earlier.
Police are also reminding drivers to use their lights during spells of weather which result in reduced visibility.
