An auction is scheduled to take place later this month in a bid to sell the Castle Mona.
The disused former hotel and leisure facility is currently owned by Sefton Group, and has a guide price of £1m with Lambert Smith Hampton.
The UK auction firm had previously planned to sell the site earlier this year, but the auction was called off after a bid was received.
However, the Castle Mona is now listed on LSH's website again, and is scheduled to go under the hammer on October 16th.
The auction house describes the building as a historic former 98-bed hotel with two nightclubs and a prominent seafront location spread over six acres.
