Plans for a multipurpose Community Centre in Strang have been approved by government planners.
The centre, which will be built in Strang Corner Field, will include a full-size sports hall with 120 fixed seats, a gym, and outdoor play area.
It will also include a pharmacy, dental practice, café, yoga studio and day care nursery, as well as parking for over 70 cars.
Braddan Commissioners had been granted planning permission for the facility last year, but made alterations to the application to save costs.
Construction work is expected to begin next summer.
