Mountain Road closed today

Motorists are being reminded that the A18 Mountain Road is closed today while race equipment is to be removed.

Workers from the Department of Infrastructure are removing equipment and signs used during the TT and Festival of Motorcycling.

The route will be shut to vehicles and pedestrians between Barrule Park and the Creg-ny-Baa Back Road.

The work will begin at 9.30am, with the road reopening by 4.30pm.
