We’re getting the chance to find out what it’s like to be a firefighter on the Island.

Fire stations are holding 'try it and see' sessions all next week, where we can find out what it’s like to be a firefighter.

The sessions take place in the evenings and will be a chance to meet the teams who keep us safe.

These will run between 7pm-8:30pm in the following locations

Monday 25th September - Kirk Michael Fire Station & Douglas Fire Station

Tuesday 26th September - Laxey Fire Station

Wednesday 27th September - Ramsey Fire Station & Peel Fire Station

Thursday 28th September - Castletown & Malew Combined Fire and Ambulance Station and Port Erin Fire Station
