Two of the Island's lifeboats and a coastguard team were involved in the rescue of a capsized kayaker.
The kayaker got into difficulty in choppy seas just off the coast of Cumbria on Saturday morning.
Five RNLI crews were called out to help locate the kayaker, including Ramsey and Douglas, while Castletown Coastguard was also called in to assist.
The kayak didn't have a radio or distress flares, making the search difficult, but a helicopter eventually located the man after a two-hour search.
The mam wasn't injured and didn't need medical treatment, while one of the lifeboat teams was able to retrieve his kayak.
