The Island's bus operator says industrial action by the bus drivers has been suspended to allow negotiations to take place.
The Department of Infrastructure will hold a meeting with Unite the Union on Monday, mediated by the Manx Industrial Relations Service.
Drivers had planned to work to rule next week, having previously done so during the Festival of Motorcycling last month.
The dispute stems from the DoI's plans to restrict the number of bus drivers who can take annual leave during the busiest periods.
