Witnesses sought after collision in car park

Police are appealing for information after a vehicle was damaged in a Douglas car park.

The incident happened on the second level of the Marks and Spencer's car park between 9.30am and 10.55am yesterday.

Officers say the driver responsible didn't stop at the scene of the collision.
