Fewer GP appointments will be available on the Island next week as doctors take part in an education session.
The Department of Health and Social Care confirmed routine appointments won't be made next Thursday afternoon, although urgent appointments will still be available.
GP practices will still be open for patients to book future appointments, collect test results and order prescriptions.
The quarterly sessions have taken place since 2012 to give GPs a chance to discuss developments in medical care and best practice.
