Rally Isle of Man begins today

Rally Isle of Man gets underway today, taking place at a number of locations around the Island.

The first stage is being held on Marine Drive and Old Castletown Road, getting underway from 2.15pm.

This evening, the action moves to Harris and Central Promenade in Douglas.

There are also stages today at St Marks, King Edward Road and Begoade. Full details of all the road closures can be found at the Energy FM Info Centre.

Last year's event saw British champions Elfyn Evans and Craig Parry narrowly defeat Manx driver Mark Higgins.
