A company that wants to build a leisure facility in Braddan is seeking more time to develop the site.
EFC Ltd was given planning permission to build the complex last year after a lengthy appeal process.
The firm says the delays resulted in it investing in other ventures on the Island, and that more time is now needed to complete the project.
The leisure facility will be on a site currently owned by the Isle of Man Government at Ballafletcher, and include a bowling alley, motel and play barn, as well as a warehouse.
