Work is underway to construct over 50 new public sector homes in the south of the Island.
The new properties are being built at Clagh Vane after Tynwald approved the £8.24m project in July.
The Department of Infrastructure says contractors are making progress on the initial phase of the construction.
The new homes will include terraced and semi-detached homes with two, three and four bedrooms, as well as housing for disabled tenants.
The first homes are due to be handed over next year, with the entire project finished in September 2019.
