Mountain Road will shut for race equipment to be removed

The Mountain Road will close for a day later this month for race equipment to be removed.

The items will be removed by the Department of Infrastructure now that the Festival of Motorcycling has finished.

The route will be shut to vehicles and pedestrians between Barrule Park and the Creg-ny-Baa Back Road on Friday September 22nd.

The work will begin at 9.30am, with the road reopening by 4.30pm.
