School seeks planning permission for playground development

One of the Island's primary schools is seeking planning permission to install over £30,000 worth of playground equipment.

Scoill Vallajeelt wants to build new playground structures and a safety surface within its existing playground area.

The site, which has previously included playground equipment, would include climbing frames, a rope ramp and tunnels

The planning application includes a quote for the equipment, revealing the total cost of buying the items and having them delivered and installed would cost £30,276.81.
