A Ramsey MHK says the Isle of Man needs to update the way it delivers dentistry.
Lawrie Hooper has been speaking to the Department of Health and Social Care after a number of his constituents contacted him after struggling to get an appointment.
Mr Hooper warns it will take time to get a long-term solution in place, but that people need to know where to get an emergency appointment so they aren't suffering now.
As a result, the Department has updated its information so those needing dental treatment can see which practices are accepting new NHS patients, and clarified how someone gains access to emergency dentistry.
The information can all be found on the Government's website.
