Water tank stolen from nursing home

Police are investigating after a large hot water vessel was removed from a nursing home in Douglas.

The tank, which holds between 250 and 300 litres of water, was taken from secured property at Saddle Mews Nursing Home on Groves Road.

The commercial water vessel was taken between the end of June and August 7th.

Officers are keen to hear from anyone who has noticed such an item dumped anywhere on the Island, or who has other information about the theft.
