Vandals break fence, burn coal at Groudle railway

An investigation is underway after damage was caused at a cafe in one of the Island's glens.

The fence at the Sea Lion Cafe in Groudle has been damaged between Wednesday and Sunday last week.

Bags of steam coal belonging to the Groudle Glen Railway were also taken and burnt on the headland.

Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed this incident to come forward and speak to officers at Police Headquarters.
