Serious injuries sustained in Mountain Road crash

One person was left with serious injuries following a crash on the Mountain Road.

Two vehicles collided at the Veranda at around 10.20am yesterday, resulting in the road being closed for several hours.

One person was taken to Noble's Hospital following the crash with serious but non-life threatening injuries.

Police are thanking the public for their patience while the road was shut, and thanking witnesses who have helped with their enquiries.
