Police are investigating after a car mounted a pavement and drove at a pedestrian.
The woman, who has reduced mobility, was forced to step backwards into a bush at the top of Claughbane Drive Lane in Ramsey to avoid being hit.
The incident involved a small dark-coloured vehicle and happened at around 9.35pm last night.
Officers say the occupants of the vehicle were described as laughing they drove at her.
Anyone who has any information which could help the police is urged to contact Ramsey Police Station.
